Team

The people the company names: a chairman, a president, a finance lead and a secretary.

Mir Imran

Mir Imran

Chairman of the Board

Mir’s passion is to create and commercialise breakthrough medical innovations. He founded InCube Labs, the R&D lab that launched Neurolink, and has founded more than 20 life sciences companies — 15 of which have seen liquidity events. He holds more than 200 issued patents and is perhaps best known for contributions to the first FDA-approved Automatic Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator. He holds an M.S. in bioengineering and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Rutgers, and attended CMDNJ/Rutgers Medical School.

Phil Morgan

Phil Morgan

President

Phil serves as president and as a member of the board, bringing more than 20 years of pharmaceutical research and development experience — drug development, drug-device combination therapies and the regulatory approval process. He is also General Manager for InCube Labs’ San Antonio operation, and previously co-founded several life science companies and served as president and CEO of Cytospect, Cytoscan and Neurotherapeutics. He holds a PhD from London University and an MBA from Duke.

Syed Zaidi

Syed Zaidi

Vice President, Finance & Administration

Syed is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in accounting, HR and operations, and has been instrumental in launching and running operations for more than a dozen InCube Lab start-ups over the last 15 years. He received his MBA from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.

Ross Davidson

Secretary

Ross serves as Neurolink’s secretary, supporting the board and management. A shareholder at Cox Smith, he represents emerging technology companies on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, securities offerings and commercial transactions, and advises on corporate governance and federal and state securities law.

Three of the four portraits are the company’s own images, recovered from its site. No photograph of Ross Davidson was published, so his card uses initials.

Built inside InCube Labs

Neurolink’s technology was developed at InCube Labs, the multi-disciplinary life sciences R&D lab founded by its chairman.
